Outfit: A Casual Workday

Hello guys! Well I made it through festivalmonth, so I'm back in the blogging business. With that said it is so busy at my work I'm not sure if it's true what I'm saying now... well just wait and see shall we. The good news is my blog mailbox is empty! So if I didn't reply to you, please send it the mail again, I had to work my way through a lot of mails, so I could have gotten lost along the way.
Well this outfit is kind of a request of some of you guys: what I wear to the office. Well this is just a normal office look. I don't wear jeans when I have meetings, but on a normal day I love to dress down but always like to wear a jacket on top. These shoes are the best sale buy I got this season, they are perfect for workplace  and the light colour is perfect for summer.
By the way: needlessly to say, these photo's were taken a few weeks ago, when it wasn't that hot yet. On an office day like today (26 degrees!), I would wear a skirt of a light blouse.

Outfit: Lovely Whites

Spring has sprung! Finally! So I choose to celebrate that little fact with a white outfit. Almost white that is.
I enjoy the warmer weather, only hard part is what to wear to the office? Since it is still cold in the morning when I go to work. Layering up works well for me, but it's always a hassle. Not that I'm complaining do, I love the sun and this weather! Can't wait for the weekend, have some nice plans! But let's first get through this week...., it's a very busy week for me, so I'm a little off my game. And since my ankle has put me way out of running, I have to start all over with baby steps. Anyone keen to join me? Since I'm slacking big time now. Well, enjoy your week! And I'll promise to post a more cheerful story then.

Outfit: The Wang

Picture overload! But I just really love my new skirt.

This is what I was wearing Friday night, while me celebrated my brother's b-day. The perfect opportunity to wear my new Wang skirt!  I combined it with my new white blazer, that I scored on sale at Zara. I was looking for a good white blazer (meaning in my size, which is hard sometimes!). Since all my blazers are grey, I really need a white one to wear to the office during the summer, and to combine with all my grey clothes. Thinking about it: this is a budget outfit! Everything I'm wearing I got on sale or at a sample sale! Go me! (except for the bag, but it's a H&M, so that is budget anyway!). 

Well I hope you all had a lovely weekend! I Sure did, enjoyed it to the fullest! Just came home from watching the new Batman movie (yup, I seriously couldn't wait). Have you seen it already?

This is what I was wearing at my meeting. It went well.

Still getting used to consulting and managing projects, but I really like this profession. 

Back to the outfit: I bought this skirt in the sale at Saint Tropez.

I find it such a good piece. Since I can wear this more "formal" but dress like myself. Also the skirt can be worn dressed down with bikerboots and a Tee.

What I was wearing Saturday!

I had a lovely day shopping with my bf in town.

It was so busy! But what do you expect with the festive season right around the corner.

We had a coffee at my favorite coffee place; mugs & muffins. 

I tried the new caramel chocolate crunch; delicious! 

I bought some nice knits, gloves and a beanie. It's getting so cold (yet I wasn't wearing a jacket, since we parked the car in the mall, and it was so hot the shops. I don't like wearing a jacket to be honest).

What I Was Wearing: Just Another Day at the Office

What I was wearing today. A normal day at the office.

I'm wearing my new grey skinny jeans from H&M; they are the best!

In the past years I have already lived trough 2 pairs of these jeans.

I tried a pair from Dept Denim Department; but the fit just isn't any good.

Enough about the jeans; I combined it with a simple tee, my new off-white blazer and wedges.

A total H&M-look.... what can I say; I love that shop! :)

What I was wearing: ...and action!

I had such an exciting day at work yesterday!

As you can see by the photo's I got filmed.

A film- and productioncrew came to make a film about one of our productlines.

I had to do an interview; and shot some impressions of me doing my work; walking in the hallway etc. I have never taken the elevator so often in one afternoon!

In the last photo you see what I was looking at during the interview.
Just imagine this view; but then with 4 people standing there, giving you pointers, lines, tips etc...
It was a really cool experience!

And now for the most important part: the outfit!

I received the callsheet in the late afternoon the day before, and I was not amused to say the least.

The outfit that I planned to wear could be thrown out of the window;

I was not allowed to wear dark colours of prints. That is like 90% of my work wardrobe.

So on the moring of the shoot, I threw this basic outfit together.

Outfit: Whiter shade of pale

One of  the outfits that I wore this week.

Wearing my new blouse, which I orderd months ago at H&M, and finally arrived last week. I really like this bouse, because it's short at the front and longer at the back. Nice to wear to the office in the summer.
