Outfit: The first of Summer

The first of summer, although that's how that day felt! This is what I was wearing last Friday. I spend the day at the lake with my man. In the eve we had dinner at my parents house, 'cause we needed to go visit my grandad in the hospital with our family. Thank god he is alright by the way. I choose to wear something flowery and summery since there is a lot of unhappiness at the hospital (well, not in the baby-birth section.... but I wasn't visiting that department). 

The skirt I'm wearing was my best sale-buy last season. Curious what this sale season will bring!

Picture overload! The second shoot I did with Evelien from Fotografille! You can see the first shoot here.
I really like how these pictures came out. When we shot these pics it was raining; stupid Dutch weather, something is really "off" at the moment! Usually we have sunshine in May. Now I'm on my couch with a blanket.
Well I had a great weekend, a wild ride full of party's and sleeping a lot (I'm defiantly getting too old to stay up all night and drinking too much...) but I also worked on some new more lifestyle related posts. Since you guys told me in my blog poll (here) that you guys didn't mind me boarding my horizon to more lifestyle and work-out posts, so I have been quite busy with that! See it on the blog soon!

Finally I found time to post the rest of these great photo's of my photo shoot with Evelien from fotografille. We shoot these pics in the beautiful Interpolis garden in our home-town Tilburg. The funny thing was that the workers were prepping for a big event which is held this weekend at this location, so we had an audience while shooting.

Details: Wang and the City #1

A first sneak peek of the shoot I did with Evelien from Fotografille last weekend. I just loved the details in these pictures, that I didn't want them to get lost in the thunderstorm of a whole outfit post. Something new is the Wang bag. Yes I posted it a months ago, just after I got it (see it here). But never in an outfitpost. I quite like my Wang's together, the skirt & the bag. Now I finally know what it feels like to wear multiple designer items; still paired up with high street brands Zara and COS though.

Wishlist: The New Icons

The new Icon collection is now available at H&M, and how I love it! 

I'm totally in love with that leather jacket, but since I'm still pretty satisfied with my Dragon Tattoo Leather Jacket (here) and I don't have that kind of money to spend at the moment, I'll just pass. The skirt in the second picture is just perfect, but sold-out unfortunately. Last but not least I would love the black shorts. So I'm going to my local H&M later today, hopefully I'll come back with those shorts. Perfect for festival season! 

What's your opinion on the new icons line of H&M?

Outfit: Black at the Office

Back in my comfort-zone! Back to black! Wearing a skirt again, for a change! This is what I was wearing last week to the office. Seeing these pics make me realize I should really clean my pistol boots. They are the perfect office shoe; easy to walk in, comfortable and have heels. So I have been wearing mine a little too often, so it seems. Firt serious outfitpost where you can see my shorter hair. Finally got used to the fact that I have 20cm shorter hair.

Outfit: MMM x H&M Sock Sweater

As I told you in my last outfit post (here), my co-workers might say I'm a fashion shizo. Well they did say something along those lines when I turned up in this outfit. I love to wear skirts, but some reason I haven't worn one to work since summer!

I wore this last friday, since I had a special event to attend. I wore my MMM x H&M sock sweater, love it; but it would be good if I worked-out a bit more; because it is so figure hugging. Can't hide a thing. 

Paired it up with my H&M trend skirt and of course my invisible heels from MMM x H&M; of which I received a lot of compliments.

What I was wearing a few days ago when the weather was sunny again. I rediscoverd this skirt in my closet. Bought it last winter to wear to the office, but with bare legs and some booties we have another winning combo if you ask me.

Finally I managed to post a new outfit! This is what I was wearing last Saturday when I went shopping for our new house, never seen so much furniture and bathrooms on one day!
I was wearing my new floral skirt that I picked up at the Zara sale, which was like 70% off.
Although I usually don't do floral, I quite like this skirt. So it is a great addition to my waredrobe.

Outfit: The Wang

Picture overload! But I just really love my new skirt.

This is what I was wearing Friday night, while me celebrated my brother's b-day. The perfect opportunity to wear my new Wang skirt!  I combined it with my new white blazer, that I scored on sale at Zara. I was looking for a good white blazer (meaning in my size, which is hard sometimes!). Since all my blazers are grey, I really need a white one to wear to the office during the summer, and to combine with all my grey clothes. Thinking about it: this is a budget outfit! Everything I'm wearing I got on sale or at a sample sale! Go me! (except for the bag, but it's a H&M, so that is budget anyway!). 

Well I hope you all had a lovely weekend! I Sure did, enjoyed it to the fullest! Just came home from watching the new Batman movie (yup, I seriously couldn't wait). Have you seen it already?

New in: It's a WANG!

I have been eyeing this skirt like forever. And for some reason I didn't want to spend that kind of money on a jersey skirt online. I kept an eye on the sales, but all the shops I visited (digitally) only had the neon yellow version of this T by Alexander Wang-baby on sale. Then blogger Cindy from COTTDS posted a look with this skirt, and wrote that she got it on sale. After some tips from the lovely Cindy on sizing and the fabric, I surfed as fast as I could to the webshop of Luisa Via Roma and orderd my Wang.

And we lived happily ever after....
