Outfit: Embrace The Sun

How I love the sun! This is an outfit of the past week. The sun was out, but it was still chilly when a cloud showed up. So I choose to wear lighter colours, but still feel warmer with my scarf, and long trousers on. 

Well: I'm enjoying a long weekend at the moment. I love holidays, does it get any better?

Outfit: Dark at Easter

What I was wearing last week during Easter. This post was supposed to be online much earlier this week, but I couldn't restrain myself in sharing the pics of the CreamPR bloggerevent with you. So Easter... very different to last year. See what I was wearing back then here! I was a little under the weather, so very uninspired that's what freezing cold weather and a actual cold does to me. Thank god that the sun has come back today. (Only thing is that I went out to shoot outfit pics the morning, and today's outfit has a lot of similarities with this one.... but you'll see that later). 

By the way what do you think of my fake Vans? Got them at the Primark when I shopped the summer goodies which were on the blog earlier (here). The quality isn't great (duh! what can you expect for 8 euros... yeah you read that correct!) they are very comfy, but the sole shows traces of wear already. But perfect enough for one summer of festivals I reckon.

Outfit: Always be Batman!

Pictureoverload! Since I got so many comments and questions regarding the batman sweat I just needed to post this whole outfit now. (Eventhough I will be late for work now...)

Anyhow: the batman sweat, combined in a Amy-way. I'm wearing this urban-ish style quite alot these days; well on the weekends that is. I love big sweaters, my adidas kicks (they are so warm!) and a leather legging to create some edge to it. These leggings got ripped over Christmas (as some of you saw on my instagram account @amysfashionscrapbook) but I choose not to throw them away. They are old, but so comfy, and the hole makes it a litt;le more interesting if you ask me. (That I'm living on a budget has nothing to do with it ;))

So what are your thougths on the new sweat?

Ps: On a personal note: I just got my tickets for my 3rd festival for this summer! Seriously can't wait! Bring on festival season! Do you have some Summer plans already lined up?

New in: Colourful Winter Gear

So winter has finally come to the Netherlands. It's snowing like crazy and so cold!
Good thing I bought these two colourful scarfs to spice up my winter attire. Got them on sale at the H&M for 1 euro each. Cheap huh?! Safe to say that I didn't use my sale shopping rules when buying these! (read my sale shopping tips/rules here!)

Outfit: The Pajama Pants

What I was wearing last Sunday. I was literally freezing my ass off! Is this spring?
Since I really like to wear easy outfits in the weekend, the new pajama-pants-trend is totally me!
This means I can go out stylish, but still have the feeling of wearing my easy pajama's!
I got these pants months ago at Primark... yup, still a fan! I have this tendency that if I like something I cling on and go in for the full 100%. Just like wearing my all stars everyday, I'm now into Primark. Bet this is boring for you guys as reader of my blog, isn't it? Anyhow: I love this easy outfit! Now for summer to return, so I can wearing these pants without getting cold!

New in: Budget Shopping

It was kinda hard to take good pictures of some shopping I did. The weather is so grey outside that taking outfit pictures is out of the question to start with. Well back to the new items.
I have been budget shopping, since I have some expensive months ahead (more on that later). I visited a sample sale of Dept (& J.C. Rags for the men among us) last week. I scored some nice items, and also the boy found some nice stuff. Last weekend I did somemore budget shopping at Primark (as you could read here) and an Outlet of chain store The Sting. Scored some pretty cool stuff, but the prices of the items were more amazing! I like!

Well; in this post some of the colourfull stuff I scored:

2 - Tee's & Scarf from Primark

I bought much more stuff (quite a lot though!) but I'll leave some surprises for upcoming outfit posts!
I have another sample sale in my agenda for the upcoming week, and after that we wait for the sale!
(And next year I hope to be buying more expensive stuff though... but in the mean time I'm managing quite alright!).

Outfit: Smells Like Festival Season

Next week I'll be at the Pinkpop festival! Can't wait! (see my festival post here!)
I kicked-off festival season with a food festival in my hometown called: Hap Stap. Well, eating all these fancy foods is a little different to listing to rock music, while dancing in the mud. At least the beer, paper plates, grass and stage's where the same!
So this is what I want to wear to Pinkpop next week.. Not sure what the weather will do...otherwise imagine this outfit with a jumper and a jacket on top. How we all love the Dutch unpredictable weather!

Outfit: The LBD

What I was wearing yesterday. My "LBD", with leggings and a cardigan. I find this an ideal outfit for the workplace when I'm not meeting with clients. It's always cold or hot at work, and nothing you can do about it: so cardigans and scarfs are my best friend. I found the dress in the back of my closet, only wore it once before. I really should dig in my closet more often!

Outfit: Easter Pastels

For the first time in the history of my blog my BF and my bro are featured on my blog (now it's up to you, to guess who is the BF and who is my bro. Hint: My bro looks ALOT like me!)
As I wrote in my previous post, we had a lot of fun during Easter, as you can see in these pics.
This scarf is one of my new purchases from the National Glamour day. I fell in love with this scarf immediately, the colours an the designs makes it the perfect accessory for this spring. Don't ya think?
