Wishlist: Chanel Espadrilles

EN// Maybe it's because my summerholiday is starting in 8 hours, or maybe it's because I just hadn't come across these black beauties before... nevertheless: I'm in love!
In spring the Chanel espadrilles where everywhere, but since I really didn't like the denim canvas, I clicked them away in an instant. Knowing that if would ever own a pair of Chanel shoes, these might be the closest I would get, since the price tag is much more friendly compared to heels etc.
Anyhow: no denim canvas for me. So that was that.... untill I saw these beauties online.... even with autumn right at my door I want them... I love them, I need them... (okay, the last comment is not true...)

NL// Misschien komt het omdat mijn zomervakantie nog moet beginnen (nog 8 uur te gaan, whooohoo) maar ik ben verliefd op deze zwarte espadrilles van Chanel! Ook met de herfst voor de deur zou ik graag deze beauties toevoegen aan mijn collectie.

Outfit: Keep Calm and Carry on Shopping

This was my super casual outfit last Sunday when I enjoyed a relaxing day on the town. Wearing my new mirrored sunnies, they are such great  eye catchers. As a little bonus you can see the man behind the blogger: my photographer my sunnies on the 4th photo.

Dit was mijn super casual outfit afgelopen zondag, toen n heerlijke dag in stad doorbracht. Ik droeg mijn nieuwe gespiegelde zonnebril, het is zo'n statement piece. Als een extra bonus zie je in de 4de foto de man achter de blogger, mijn fotograaf in mijn zonnebril.

Inspiration: Here's To Never Growing Up!

Confession time! Yes again: I used to be such a great fan of Avril Lavigne! I was so in love with a s8ter boi, and it was so Complicated. Over the years my style matured (or did it?) so I lost track of sweet Avril.
Recently I discovered her latest single: "here's to never growing up". I totally like here outfit which she is wearing in the classroom. The leather leggings, all stitched up, the Radiohead Tee (love Radiohead... yep maturing all right!) the leather jacket, her hair. The outfit is so great. Please let us forget the S8kter Boi pants, we want to see this Avril!

Outfit: Slam Dunk

In love with my new kicks! My new Nike Dunk Sky High in crisp white! Combined it with my fav leather jacket and my new hoody. I used to wear these hoodies all the time... but for some reason I didn't bother buying new ones (the old ones shrunk aka I'm getting fat!) so I was wearing the BF's one for a while. Since I had some giftcards left from my birthday, I considered that a new hoody would be a good buy. Also threw in a new pair of leggings and a new weekend outfit has born!
I have received some comments, if I want to post some work-outfits. Well since I only take outfit photo's on the weekends, and I like my sneakers and leather jacket much more then my blazers and heels, it hasn't worked out yet. But I'll find some time over the next couple of weeks to show you some work outfits. Since I have bought some new items, it's a double win!

Outfit: The Semi-Festival

 

Last Sunday I went to the first festival of festivalseason. Well, it was a semi-festival, since it was inside and just one (long) evening. It was "here is your future #2" at 013 in my hometown. 

This is what I was wearing; just a simple festival outfit. I tend to wear cheap clothes to festivals, so it doesn't matter if you get beer or food on your clothes and you just sit on the floor whenever your tired. Since I had been running 13K the day before my feet were killing me. These fake Vans are seriously the most comfortable shoes I own at the moment. I don't think they will last long, but they are so cheap that everyday that I wear them, is another day longer then I expected them to last. 

Well I'm counting the days to the first festival. I'm attending 3 festivals this year; could turn out to be more. But 3 is a nice start. And you? Are you going to any festivals?

Wishlist: The Christmas List 2012

Yeah, I know: I'm late with my christmas wishlist! But time is just flying by! I can't imagine that we'll be cellebrating christmas in just a week! I have to start my christmas shopping. The boy and I did some shopping in London, so a few things on this list are already under my tree. Not telling you which ones just yet. One thing is sure: the Isabel Marant sneakers aren't under my tree yet; so this is my new tactic: ask cheap things, so that they only big gift on your list is that one designer item you want. Not sure if it will work though!

Outfit: Perforated Army

Yah, finally my internet works again. (For who didn't know, like my facebook page here, and follow all my updates and more!) New outfit, wearing my faux leather peplum top from H&M trend. This baby doesn't get out as often as it deserves. Paired it up with my army jeans, and off course my all star sneakers. 

Well the weather at the moment sucks big time in the Netherlands. Hope the weekend will be a little better, but I highly doubt it. Have you got nice things planned for the weekend?
